2012 Olympics Computer Apps Competition

This is a competition for groups of pupils to devise and create an app/program for a languages game for a clearly defined target market with a sport/Olympics theme. The app or program may be iOS, Android, Windows, Mac or web-based. A video of the game in action should be submitted along with a letter from the teacher, attesting to the fact that they have played the game and it works.

There will be prizes for the winning group and the possibility that the winning game will be published.

The winning school will receive a Cambridge University Language Programme for Schools & Colleges (CULP4SC) course for a maximum of 20 pupils in a choice of 6 languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin, Arabic). For more information on CULP4SC click here
