Using Klapisch's 2002 film L'Auberge Espagnol (Pot Luck) as a focus text, this event addresses themes including identity, relationships, and young people in contemporary European culture and society. The film will also be used as a basis for speaking and listening exercises, discussion and role-play, providing lots of opportunities to practice your French. Resources are provided. Led by Dr Sarah Leahy, Newcastle University.
