An opportunity to spend the morning reinforcing your knowledge of French and to practise the spoken language in an informal and relaxing environment as well as to interact with pupils from other schools in the area.
Classes are taught by qualified native speakers who are associate Lecturers at Plymouth University.
The day will run from 9.45 am to 1 pm.
This is a joint event with WP department at Plymouth University.
Main objectives:
- To enthuse Year 9/10 MFL students about studying languages leading to increased interest in selecting a language at GCSE level.
- To inform pupils of the many benefits of having a second language for their future education and career options.
- To strengthen relationships between the university and languages departments in local schools.
