The Film and Culture Event (FACE) is open to language students in Years 10 and 11.  It is designed to highlight the benefits of learning languages through a Careers and Languages talk and to show the fun way in which languages can be taught with a Languages and Film session. Other activities will include two language taster sessions to highlight the diverse range of language study options available at a higher level.

The aim of the event is to boost students’ enthusiasm for language learning so that they continue with their languages to A Level and beyond. The event is an excellent opportunity to show language students the variety of languages on offer and a range of fun ways they can learn languages.

Places will be allocated after the closing date of Monday 13th October 2014.

This event has a charge of £5 per pupil to cover some of the costs.

Funded by Routes into Languages NW.
