The European Day of Languages is fast approaching so why not mark the occasion by taking part in a special competition for school children, linking languages and Lindisfarne through the creation of an illuminated page using a language other than English? This is a great activity to organise on or around the day itself, with the deadline for entries as a result set as Monday 7th October. See the accompanying flyer for details of how your pupils can get involved and be in with a chance to win £50 vouchers!
