The University of Brighton invites year 8 Spanish students and their teachers to a fun-filled event celebrating the Mexican festival of El Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). Students will learn about the traditions relating to this event through a target language presentation and video as well as craft activities. They will also taste some of the food and drink usually consumed during the festival.

Up to 20 places per school will be allocated until we have reached the maximum registrations for the event. Please note how many places you would like to book when you register.

Places are free but a cancellation charge of £5 per place booked will be charged if not cancelled within two weeks of the event or if you do not turn up on the day.
