In this GCSE study session, students learning Arabic will use a wide selection of clips to explore images of childhood in the Arab world.

Students will develop the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic, with GCSE language exercises based on topics such as family life, school, leisure time and culture.

Working in small groups, students will also be encouraged to take part in reading, writing, speaking and listening activities; as well as enhancing positive attitudes to Arabic learning.

Led by Dr Muntasir Al-Hamad, Lecturer of Arabic, Manchester Metropolitan University, and Mohamad Aljarrah, Language Tutor, Manchester Metropolitan University.
