  1. A maximum of 10 pupils plus 1-2 teacher chaperones are permitted per school
  2. Chaperones are responsible for supervising their pupils for the entire day
  3. Cancellation within a week of the event will incur a £50 administration charge
  4. 2 places (or 20 pupils) are reserved for schools who did not attend in 2016 or 2017
  5. Registering does not automatically guarantee your place at the event

Registration information:

  1. Teachers may register 1 or 2 groups of 5 pupils from year 9/10
  2. Pupils must be currently studying French and have sufficient ability to undertake the days' events
  3. At least one DBS cleared teacher must accompany groups at a ratio of 1:10 or less
  4. Your registration is not confirmed until you have received an email confirmation
  5. Teachers must submit attendee information including dietary and other special requirements as requested in order to complete a suitable risk assessment
  6. Late cancellation, after 12 noon on June 13th 2018 will incur a £50 administration fee. The event is otherwise completely free of charge
