Summary
In conjunction with Sheffield Hallam, Routes into Languages and King Edward VII school, Y10 pupils from local schools will take part in a 3 day languages summer school based at Sheffield Hallam University over 3 days in July.
Pupils will participate in scriptwriting and storyboarding workshops delivered by staff at Sheffield Hallam and language grammar classes before going on to film a 2 minute film in either French, German or Spanish. The completed films will then be screened in ‘The Void’ film lecture theatre at Sheffield Hallam in September, before being submitted to The LAFTA’s in early 2011.
