The Modern Language Centre (MLC)
King’s College London

The Modern Language Centre provides courses to University of London staff, undergraduate and postgraduate students and alumni, and to the local professional and residential community, in the following languages:

Arabic, Bengali, Catalan, Dari, Farsi, French, German, Greek, Gujarati, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Panjabi, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Sanskrit, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Urdu.

The Centre offers a state-of-the-art Open Learning Centre for independent language learning. Specialist tailor-made courses can be designed around the needs of an individual or a company. Our clients presently include the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, the European Medicines Agency and the London Business School.

The Centre also offers a wide range of courses and self study materials for medics, lawyers and business professionals
